Refund policy

Look, we get it sometimes a shirt just doesn't hit right. Maybe the fit's off, maybe you ordered the wrong size after a few beers around the campfire, or maybe your partner saw it and said "absolutely not." We've all been there.

Here's the deal:

You've got 30 days from when your package arrives to let us know something's not working. Unworn, unwashed, tags still on; you know the drill. We're not a laundromat.

Exchanges are easy. Wrong size? We'll swap it out. Just shoot us an email and we'll get you sorted.

Refunds work too. Changed your mind entirely? No hard feelings. We'll refund your original payment once we get the shirt back in sellable condition. Shipping costs are on you we're a small outfit, not Amazon.

Final sale items are final. If it was marked down or labeled as final sale, that's the end of the trail. No returns, no exchanges.

Damaged or defective? That's on us. If your shirt shows up looking like it lost a fight with a bear (and not in the cool, intentional distressed way), reach out immediately. We'll make it right.

To start a return, email us at support@civicpineclub.com with your order number and what's going on. We're real people who actually check our inbox.

We stand behind what we make. If there's a problem, we'll handle it. Just don't try to return something you've worn on a three-day backpacking trip and expect us not to notice.
